Have you ever been seated in a restaurant, held the side of the table to sit down and accidently stick one of your fingers in a wad of someone’s chewed chewing gum that was stuck under the table?

Aside from improperly discarded chewing gum being unsightly and disgustingly gross, who knows where that gum came from?  It is hard enough to touch your own chewing gum, but someone else’s used chewing gum someone whom you don’t even know?

Who knows what type of germs or bacteria is on it.  Scientists know of 1,600 species of bacteria. Bacteria are all around and can be caught through coughs, sneezes, dirty hands, contaminated foods, chewed chewing gum and a sick person’s body fluids.

We are not here to scare you in fact, we are here to give a very inexpensive and proactive solution. We feel this used chewing gum litter is something needs to be dealt with and addressed. Doesn’t it make sense to be able to sit at your table, wait for your food to arrive and have a product designed to wrap up your gum in and dispose of it properly.

People love to have things convenient; at their finger-tips hence "Remote Controls."  That is why we (Here at GumRaps®) have created such a positive and proactive product. It’s not the restaurants fault people stick their gum under the table, but they should provide a proactive product such as Gumraps so their patrons now have a place to wrap up their gum properly.

Did you know/restaurants waste $1000's and $1000 a year on trying to keep the undersides of their tables/chairs clean?  They spend money on chemicals, tools, pay their staff or even hire a private company to come in and clean them.  The bottom line is people want a restaurant that has great food, great customer service and most importantly is clean.

Have you ever stepped in gum on the sidewalk and only found out after you stepped on your carpet at home?  Have you ever gone to a movie and sat in someone’s used chewing gum?  How about sit in church and notice a piece of gum is stuck in book holder or on the pew?  The list goes on and on!

The next time you are at a restaurant, while chewing gum and notice they don’t have Gumraps, ask them what you should do with your chewed gum?   I would be willing to bet, they bring you over a napkin to wrap up your gum; again, wasting their product instead of using a very inexpensive Gumraps product!
